written for someone who didn't deserve it haha.

this sounds raw as fuck, in a good way. I've never had the opportunity to play in a full band yet but if I did, it probably wouldn't sound as good as this. Catchy.

the trumpets definitely suit it, but, and this is just a personal opinion, I've never been a fan of it. it's probably the only aspect of ska that I'm not too big on.

FustigateM responds:

thanks for your imput and awesomeness Ghecko. but honestly, i could of preformed better for the vocals atleast in this one. im not happy with them ><

also, i hope you keep doing your own music, and let me know if you do anything big, i want front row seats hah.

*edit*
PS; im drunk.

damn dude. That intro had me unfazed until the sound was getting fucked with, then I was interested. Then the song really kicked in and I really like what I heard. Cool metal riffage and fantastic voice.

That's all it is tho, just badass riffage and a great metal voice. Not saying it's a bad thing, it's just a short piece.

LunyAlex responds:

Thank you. And thanks for the feedback. I'd definitely agree that I need to challenge myself a bit more in terms of song length, structure and diversity.

I think this could be really effective if some of the repetitive parts were skimmed. There's a lot that sounds like it repeats and I lose a little bit of interest in it, however there's always the next part that kicks in and gets me back into it, then bored again, then back into again.

Each little section could be shortened is what I'm saying, and to me it would make the song more of a treat by keeping each part wanting more. Sometimes less is more. I'm talking like maybe a 2-minute final cut. Maybe it's just my short attention span tho, idk.

Also, I'm not really an active electronic / trance music fan so this opinion is really just coming from someone who just decided to listen and liked what he heard.

yo this is SAW.

thanks dawg

I recommend anyone to get high before listening to this.

It's a swirling wonderland of sparkling, musical pleasure. I can feel my senses filling with cascading sense of comfort and excitement as if I were walking through an enchanted walkway unknown to the adventurous and frivolous journey that lies ahead of me, after a grip of shrooms.

No but really, this is great. Good job!

BlazingDragon responds:

I wouldn't know what that feels like honestly but will try my best to imagine it. Hmmm....That was unusual. :p

Thank you for the kind words!

ited.

The influence is heard.

Yeah, I could hear Car Chase City a little bit in the bass intro. Nice job, it's pretty badass.

yeeyahyo responds:

Thanks man, I kept redoing the guitar work cause i wanted it to be as clean as possible, I rushed the bass a bit, but all in all i think it sounds awesome

Nice and heavy.

Just the way I like it. This is definitely something I'd hear off of a professional heavy metal record. This has now just earned a spot on my favorites.

Very nice.

It reminds me a lot of the ending song to The Mummy Returns. Anyway, keep up the good work!

I've been making SHIT since 2008, learning the craft since 2006. Creating music... it's something you can only experience and feel. Something you can never forget, and always appreciate. To create your own music is to be content for the rest of your lif
