Fucking improv? Shit, man. This sounds so well measured, it's like a movie score. Great job with this.

If this is your improv, I'm about to see what you written stuff is like.

BlazingDragon responds:

Thanks man. To be honest though, I think my improv is about as good, and sometimes better, than my written stuff.

A lot of my improvisations are pretty bland, and those don't usually get uploaded. But when something intense is happening in my life, I tend to channel it into improv. Those improvs, the ones pulled from genuine emotions in the moment, are often just as good as anything I've composed.

A lot of people today see improvising as a sort of watered down version of composing. I see them as two related but alternative processes, each with distinct qualities and charms.

damn dude. That intro had me unfazed until the sound was getting fucked with, then I was interested. Then the song really kicked in and I really like what I heard. Cool metal riffage and fantastic voice.

That's all it is tho, just badass riffage and a great metal voice. Not saying it's a bad thing, it's just a short piece.

LunyAlex responds:

Thank you. And thanks for the feedback. I'd definitely agree that I need to challenge myself a bit more in terms of song length, structure and diversity.

It's a swirling wonderland of sparkling, musical pleasure. I can feel my senses filling with cascading sense of comfort and excitement as if I were walking through an enchanted walkway unknown to the adventurous and frivolous journey that lies ahead of me, after a grip of shrooms.

No but really, this is great. Good job!

BlazingDragon responds:

I wouldn't know what that feels like honestly but will try my best to imagine it. Hmmm....That was unusual. :p

Thank you for the kind words!

The influence is heard.

Yeah, I could hear Car Chase City a little bit in the bass intro. Nice job, it's pretty badass.

yeeyahyo responds:

Thanks man, I kept redoing the guitar work cause i wanted it to be as clean as possible, I rushed the bass a bit, but all in all i think it sounds awesome

I've been making SHIT since 2008, learning the craft since 2006. Creating music... it's something you can only experience and feel. Something you can never forget, and always appreciate. To create your own music is to be content for the rest of your lif
